Graduation and beginning of new training cycle

Dear AFK Members,

We hope this email finds you well and ready for another exciting week of training at American Freestyle Karate As we continue on our journey towards excellence, we have some important updates to share with you.

Graduation

Saturday’s graduation was a great success. We had a huge turnout of well prepared and enthusiastic students. We also had a large group of supportive parents to witness everyone’s hard work and achievements. Congratulations to each and every one of you! Our new venue was perfect for us. The location is convenient, and we were very well treated. We will be able to go back to our regular time frame.

New Training Cycle

Cycle B We’re excited to announce that we have started a new training cycle, Cycle B. Each cycle brings new challenges and opportunities for growth. Embrace the chance to expand your knowledge and skills as we progress through this cycle together.

NOTE:
Several people were promoted to intermediate level and advanced level this past Saturday so starting today those students will be coming at  a new class time. Check your schedule please!

Basics Week:/Yellow Stripe Advancement

You are working towards your yellow stripe; this is a crucial time to demonstrate your dedication and progress. Remember to focus on the key elements of your training and seek guidance from our instructors if you have any questions. Your hard work will surely pay off as you move closer to achieving your goals.
Make sure you have your sparring equipment and re-breakable boards for this week:

Sparring gear is for the safety of the holder as well as the person breaking the boards.

Equipment Reminder

For our Black Belt Club/Master Club Members and Black Belts, kindly bring your Escrima sticks, sparring gear, and re-breakable boards!

If you have any questions or concerns, don’t hesitate to reach out to our instructors. Your dedication and enthusiasm make our karate community vibrant and strong.

Wishing you a productive and empowering week of training!
