New cycle, new goals!

Dear AFK  Members,

Congratulations to each and every one of you for your outstanding dedication and hard work! Saturday’s graduation ceremony was truly remarkable, with several students achieving various levels of black belt.

It was a privilege to have Grandmaster Lawrence Arthur as our special guest, and his impression of our dojo and its members was incredibly positive.

Now that you’ve achieved this significant milestone, it’s time to set your sights on the next big goal in your martial arts journey!

Please schedule a meeting with one of our instructors to plan your next progress check and begin your next phase of growth.

This month, our focus is on the essential life skill of Respect:
“Treat people the way you want to be treated.” Practicing this principle can profoundly impact not only your life but also the lives of those around you, fostering positivity and harmony.

We’re kicking off a new cycle this week, starting with Basics Week. Your first attendance stripe will be Yellow, so be sure to participate actively. We’ll also be focusing on board breaking, so remember to bring your re-breakable boards and sparring gear. This equipment is crucial for ensuring safety during practice, both for those breaking boards and those holding them.

Get ready for an inspiring and educational week ahead—it promises to be fantastic! We look forward to seeing you on the mats and helping you achieve your martial arts goals!

Don’t miss out on this opportunity to continue growing and achieving in our dojo community. See you in class!

Best regards,
